Where to eat in Dubai: Michelin-recognised restaurants
Every restaurant here holds a star or a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Dubai 2026, from three-star tasting menus to great-value neighbourhood favourites.
The fifth Michelin Guide Dubai, announced in October 2026, recognises 122 restaurants: 20 with stars, 22 with a Bib Gourmand (good food at moderate prices) and 80 more as Selected. Two restaurants, FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio, hold three stars. Four starred restaurants are temporarily closed (Al Muntaha, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Ossiano and Smoked Room), so we have left them out until they reopen.
