Ain Dubai is one of the world’s largest observation wheels, on Bluewaters Island just off JBR. A full rotation in an air-conditioned cabin takes in the Marina, the Palm and the coast. The wheel has had long closures since opening, so confirm it is operating on your dates before you plan the visit.
